What are mirrors without people? You could say the same about everything in the picture unless we have something watery there. Those rippling movements might speak backwards to a time when life existed in a liquid world. There is gentleness, sadness; is that remorse? Look back, face forward, we can never entirely mend a thing wronged. Do better next time.

Welcome back! Yes, Denzil, I missed you and your work. Hope the time you were away was beneficial for you. This work is beautiful and has layers of meaning, like layers of memories. My first reaction was like looking into many mirrors overlaying one another. Your title is very powerful, especially using the word "Remorse", which overlays your work with sadness. Wonderful use of a variety of objects that tell a story. Some look different from what they really are. I love that!
