Description
I love taking pictures of Seagulls because not only are they willing participants, but they are able to almost go still in the sky and hover for a long time, thus easy to shoot in mid flght... I'm not sure who is checking who out in this photo, but my attempt was to capture a cheerful and whimsical image... The background is a place called the Crab Pot on Jax's beach in Florida... It's rather colorful and lots of birds hang out there.... My shot was taken looking up since it's situated upon a sand dune...The large distance dark bird is a Pelican... I believe... =)

At first I thought that this was Photoshopped together, because all of the elements in the composition seem ideal, right down to the different colored lamp shades, and everything is so sharp. This is a really great photograph.
