Description

In 2004 I created an image of the Frankenstein monster in Adobe Illustrator using vector graphics to develop a cartoonist representation of the famed monster. Spurred by recent interest in that image from fellow colleagues I decided to revamp the original by fleshing out the monster using Photoshop. The scene is that in which he slowly turns his head upward and sees light for the first time since his creation.

This brings back memories of The Hammer House of Horror, which amongst other things used to make Frankenstein movies. This is a great rendition of the monster himself. I always felt quite sad for him.
