Description

Okay, so this is not exactly your typical summer photo, lol. But what this is, is a snap of a mock 'Goth' wedding done with Paige and Kayvon, taken at night, at our local duck pond. And oh my! If you saw how these two stopped traffic, lol. So I thought I'd share this with you. P & K were quite pleased with it... Anywaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay...I read this in a book the other day and thought it was fascinating, so I thought I'd share it with you. And surprise surprise, it has nothing whatsoever to do with this upload, of course, lol. But that's me, trying to give you a good reason for looking at my silly stuff... ;^) In the book, a daughter asks her parents to solve a logic puzzle that her teacher had posed in psychology class: ****** A woman is at the funeral of her mother. There she meets a man she doesn't know and has never met, who she thinks, is her dream partner. But because of circumstances, she forgets to ask for his number, and she can't find him afterward. A few days later, she kills her own sister. Why? ****** ( If you want to try to figure it out for yourself, don't read any further, because I'm about to give the answer.) Okay, so I read this and immediately had to put the book down to try to solve it. ( I can't resist a good puzzle, lol. ) Anyway, after over a half an hour or so, I gave up. I honestly had no idea and it was frustrating the heck out of me. Well, it turns out the parents couldn't solve it either, and the daughter then says ,"Congratulations. Neither of you is a psychopath." It seems it's not really a logic puzzle at all, but rather a kind of diagnostic tool. That's why it was posed by the psychology teacher. The reason she murdered her sister was because she hoped the guy would show up at that funeral, too. Apparently, most serial killers who are asked this question, have no difficulty solving it. :^/ Isn't that fascinating? Well, anyway, I thought so. And lol, after reading that, I was glad this was one puzzle I couldn't solve. ;^) Okay, so that's it for moi. Thanks for looking and any comments you may wish to leave. Have a great week everyone ! Marlene :^) Best viewed full-size....

Lol She only wanted to see the young man again, assuming he would show up at her own sister's funeral. No I am not a psychopath just good at logic .. I would say that Kayvon has eyes most women would die for .. What a great couple they make for this image I should read you gave it away lol

Wahooo, they both look so ravishing, especially Paige, who I believe is the female. She is so HOT, assuming she is not of the undead, who are cold to the touch. Great shot, which I suspect is a black & white capture, with a vast myriad of clothing, articles, hair, makeup and expressions going on here. Incidentally, I saw the horror movie, HOSTEL II, last week, and there were individuals that resembled these two in the film.

I thought you said you didn't get any killer shots? This is killer...done in black and white is the right treatment here also. These two just fit the and dress the part...Very Kewl!! And now for your puzzle: Oh crap! In my own little warped way I thought of that answer and said "Nah, that couldn't be it." Does that mean I'm losing it? My inner child has always had the run of place, and I've always thought outside the box before there was a box...Gawd I hope, it was just a lucky guess....Much Aloha to you!

Your picture is way out there Marlene...you really captured this goth moment and super-well presented...did I just type super-well? anyhooo, I guess I better get out there and kill me a bunch of people cause I figured it out right away... I thought it was the only obvious answer. You don't think the guy with the big white beard is gorgeous???(santa fe) I'm not in the collage =)>

Thank goodness I can rest assured, I'm not a serial killer!!!!!! That was a great one though!!!!! I'm finding myself transfixed on this image, it has such a timeless feeling, on one hand looking very old with your amazing postwork, and yet it transcends way into the future!! You're sooooo good at that, and that's what I call the magic touch!!!! You've definitely got it!!!!!! Brilliant work Marlene!!! I'm sure Paige and Kayvon just loved this one!!!!!!!! Keep em comin'!!!!!
