Description
This is the upper right fore-wing of a butterfly with the common name Green-veined White [Artogeia napi napi in the Pieridae family]. Common throughout most of Europe, with a wingspan of about 4cms. Shot with a Canon MP-E 65mm lens with Twin-lite flash. Magnification approximately 2x with the added crop-factor of 1.6 from the reduced sensor of my 20d.

I was thinking a 20d had a full size sensor but I can not buy one after dropping big bucks on a lens. beautiful butterfly
