Description

One thing about Lego. It's much easier to build with them (fewer permits, etc needed) than it is in real life. I guess they never built the Twin Towers due to scale concerns when they built the park, so I'm not sure if this replaces anything or if this is more of an "infill" project in Miniland. In any case, it still looks pretty cool. I'll upload the entire NYC skyline they've got built there later this week. Hope you're all having a great weekend. :) John

Okay John. maybe easier but you must have the patience for such amazing buildings. Incredible and i am always amazed about the artists and their patience. When i was a child i always destroyed others Sandcastles. :) because my castkes always looked so poor. LOL Yes i was one of this little devils. ;) Fantastic shot.

Oh...that's the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco skyline in the background. Didn't make it to that part of the park this time.

Legoland sure does have some amaazing architecture! Who would think such a project is possible with kids toys!? Great shot, and I have a little bit of advice: The camera, in auto mode, is going to compensate for the light in the sky- thus it may underexpose certain areas in shade or that aren't lit as brightly. If you have a way of slowing down the shutter speed, that helps a lot- but with a slower shutter, its harder to get a clear shot if your hand shakes a tiny amount.

Amazing, they built the tower that will never be,according to The Donald...I never did get the design, and top third would be without any living/office space at all...guess we'll have to wait and see...looks like an amazing place to spend a day!

Ok class we are going to count legos now. One, two, three... Wow that is impressive! Considering all the other structures you have shown in this series, that's a lot of legos!
