To all of my mother's Renderosity friends:
It saddens me to no end to tell you that my mother, Mina, passed on May 31st, from endometrial cancer. She is survived by my father, Roger, and myself. I apologize for not letting you all know sooner, but her passing has left me with a broken heart and it is very hard to write this, even now. I don't suppose there will ever come a time that it will be easier.
I know how much she loved you all, how much it meant to her to have met such wonderful people, and how much it meant to her to create & share her art with you. I am leaving her work here for a while, as tribute to her, her beauty, her talent & her love.
Brightest Blessings to you all!
Heather
 Mina's daughter
Thanks to all for stopping by and hope you enjoy your visit.

"I get out my work and have a show for myself before I have it publicly.
I make up my own mind about how good or bad or indifferent it is.
After that the critics can write what they please.
I have already settled it for myself so flattery
and criticism go down the same drain and I am quite free.

A haunting beauty. Could this be Miss Emily herself? An old feel to it.

Gasp! Soeur du mien, you know how this resonates within me. Emily..ahhhh...Yes, yes, always yes. But, the image you've created, Mina...THE perfect and most exquisite accompaniment. And, did you think for a moment, that my eye could possibly miss the imprinted earth upon her heart? Not a chance! Definite fav! Congrats again on the art charts! I'm telling you, we need to just invest in a Coleman lantern and sleeping bag so you can stay camped out there...where you wholly deserve to be! Hugs and brightest blessings... :)

Death is but the beginning of life in another form. Miss Dickinson herself must be smiling at the beauty that embellishes her words!

A movingly beautiful work of art dear Mina, so evocotive of the Bronte Sisters and Howarth, North Yorkshire where they were all born. I adore too the poetry of Emily Dickinson, I have this particular poem very close to me now, it is on my desk. Sublime work. I love... Hugs. Diane.
