Description

Going down Glen Coe you are treated to views of some of the best hills in Scotland. With the Buachaille ranges on the left followed by the three sisters, and the Aonach Eagach ridge forming a wall over on your right, each turn in the road gives another eye popping view. It keeps the best to last though as you get near the bottom end of the glen the mighty Stob Corrie Nan Beith springs into view above the cottage at Achnatrioch. Thanks for viewing.

Great shot, Anthony. If you don't mind, I'll tell my twin about this one. He has a wee commission for a neighbour, who wants a watercolour of Glencoe, but only gave hime a few small photos to work with. The scale and shadow really make this photo. I always loved the cloud shadow approaching at speed down the mountain and over the moors, or up the coast and over the sea towards the cliffs at my gran's big house. Thanks. Regards, John.

Super shot. I was there last week, but unfortunately for me the heavens opened and my images are all in stark contrast to this.

Wow! A superb mountain landscape! Looks like there's some good climbing up there - although, by the time any climber had managed to get all the climbing gear to the base of the crag I think they'd be too knackered to do any climbing! lol. An excellent capture - wonderful colours and light!

I shall be moving into that cottage when I win the lottery.
