This is a nice image, but the dress has missed her shoulders... Need to postwork out the shoulder loops and shadows. The dress draping over the handrail is pretty cool- the lighting could use a little additional fill, and there is something odd happening around her left shoulder joint. The POV is good, and overall composition is very nice.

I agree with others about the dress, there is something not right with it. And the lighting could be less harsh, it is a good scene with great composition :o)
