Nikon 7900 image. I kept trying to get a good shot of this pretty moths amazing green eyes. They look like miniature tennis balls, lol. Alas, he never gave me the opportunity but at least I did get a good shot of his Fat Brown Back, lol. Thanks to those who take the time to comment. Lee

Now is that politically correct to call him "fat"? LOL!! I bet you've given him a complex which is why he turned his back on you hee hee! No, seriously, an amazing shot displaying all the fine details in his wings and back and yes, there IS plenty of back there!! Great capture. xx

I find moths less afraid than butterflies.if they land somewhere to rest , it seems like they are oblivious to what is around them,sort of like me!!beautiful moth no doubt
