Description
...again an attempt to depict a specific habitat: the transition from the darker humid forest, where some puddles still remain in the wheel tracks, to the open and much drier field terrain, with the according changes in the vegetation types.
Vue 5 Infinite render, some 4 hrs. with "User Settings", volumetric atmosphere and Global Illumination. Corrections to levels etc. with Photoshop.
All objects are my design and texturing.

I like it, mostly because it looks like a painting, but, I also feel the overly white flowers sort of stand out a bit too much and kinda take over the scene, as they force your eyes on them instead of the whole scene. Just my opinions of course, as it's still good, but those whites are just too over powering is all. ...........md :)

My eyes were drawn to the purple flowers first, and then the white ones. And then to those gorgeous conifers on the right. I like this a lot. :-)
