Another in my Small World series....This red faced grasshopper looks like he forgot his sunscreen. Nikon D70 August 6th, 2007 Many Thanks for your views and comments on my last upload..."Small World...The Damsel"

Such intricate detail is amazing. The colors and variation go unnoticed unless we have a fine macro photo like this. Thank you for sharing this image.

This one is amazing, the complexity of the markings is spectacular. Orthoptera. Good for those August days for big brown trout (tied as flies, naturally).
