well I'm back in the "older wing" of your gallery again, half expecting a guard to come up to me and say, "you can't be back here without a pass"...But I'm loving being back here. You did a number of object-apophysis pieces, back then, with round and smooth surfaced ganglia, floating in space; and they're really striking. I love the jewel-like circles of this one, with big bunches of them going back in space. And how the black sets them off. I've never come close to getting shapes like this in apophysis, and I find fractals to be unmanageable---I never got the hang of them. (Is it Apo where the images move on their own? To a strict 2D artist, that's just plain spooky!) This has real clarity, and almost a built-up quality, like these are gears for a futuristic machine. Quite striking, Barb. I love what you've got back here.
