Welcome to my little place on Renderosity. I guess a little bit about me is in order... I've been a lot of things over the years, artist, musician, photographer, computer tech and gamer to name a few. More than anything else though, I've always felt the need to create. I use a lot of different mediums, but my main loves are 3D art and photography (which was one of the reasons I was happy to find a community like we have here). Feel free to have a look throught my gallery. If you want to get in touch with me with any comments or questions, drop me an e-mail or IM. Thanks for stopping by...

Lucky dog you, I've seen only 2 or 3 of these in my life. Fantastic find and a awesome capture, they do look like they came from another planet. Nice work!!

There's no wonder SF artists and writers base most of their creatures on insects and lizards. This is extremely creepy and looks for all the world like it's 6 feet tall.
Revelation-23 Online Now!
Your comments remind me of the X Files espisode I watched earlier this morning - the one where the cockroaches are supposedly attacking people in the town and the idea that some insects could actually be alien probes.

For sci-fi mantis monsters, you have to look no further than the original Battlestar Galactica. This one reminds me of the queen buggie. Great, eyes-in-the-back-of-the-head capture!
