Description
So, now that all the weans/kids/children are back at school, the weather improves ( for 24 hours ) but it will be atrocious at the weekend..
( Constructed in VUE 6 Infinity, using same terrain and viewpoint as previous offering 'School Holidays start today.. ' but using a different atmosphere. This one rendered in about 6 minutes, not an hour. The first of the long isles, to the left, has a nice ecosystem applied, but it is not really visible, nor effective, at this range. Still learning.)
Wishing all viewers good weather, wherever you are. There must be some decent weather out there somewhere, surely. ;o)
I spotted a great deal of fractalisation in the clouds in this one, after I had posted it, so I then posted the original one at 100% jpg quality. Unfortunately, in going through the Renderosity mill, it appeared to have seriously degraded again. On checking, however, I discoverd that it was just the quality of my 17" LCD monitor ... It has all the detail it should have on my old 1600x1200 19" CRT!!. My apologies. John.

Excellent, inspiring scenery. A place to stay a while and relax. My Compliments.

I like this go much better as far as the foreground goes! In fact the foreground reminds me rather very much of some places I just went on holiday. I took some photo's with your landscapes in mind as a matter of fact. Can't say they all turned out as hoped for but if you want a few free reference photo's let me know. Though I have yet to really poke through all 1000 images yet...
