Description
I took this photograph in early Spring in Ann's garden. This is a lilac variety called "Pink Elizabeth," and it really is pink - no postwork tricks here!
Compare this to "Make Mine A Double," which is a more standard color. (It's the next image over.)

This seems the same as what in NH we call French lilac. Much darker than our state flower- the purple lilac. Excellent

Oh I love lilacs they are my favorite smelling flower. we have a lilac bush in our yard. I love it when it is in bloom. funny I never thought of taking a picture of them. very nice
