Very unusual and interesting work, Warren!!! I do not understand how it is made?... It is postwork or it is simple render?

Thanks for the commenst all. Slav does a good job of explaing "how" here:- http://www.mojoworld.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=780&highlight=container . I have used light from below to create the gradient yello/red/black in UV position & replicated the sphere (slightly enlarged) with the "bubbleh" material to create the glass ball , bubble effect....simple! All done as a render. Post work was for the second orb & then pasted into original as you can only have 1 container per Isosurface. Other option was to create another isosurface with a differing container....but it was quicker & easier to postwork :) I plan to play with this some more to see if I can get some better effects from the containers ie: Container as a building mesh imported etc etc.
