Description
This is El Rio Tomatlan, south of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The view was right outside my door, about 20 feet away. The summer brings rain, and the river gets brown and full and fast. This pelican was just floating along, looking very calm and peaceful in the water. The scene seemed almost primal and primitive.
