Description
Captured 8/18/07 around 7:50 AM, approximately 1.5 miles from my dwelling.
Another POV, this one displaying the side of the double cab F-350.
Incidentally, yesterday I came upon the last missing piece in my quest for the whole series of Ford F- trucks. I finally encountered a F-450, which was doing heavy duty work at the time for a concrete curb and gutter company.
I believe the height of the vehicles stays pretty much the same throughout the various trucks, the difference being in the length and width, plus the engine power, between them.
Have a superlative Saturday and Sunday.

Great vehicle. When I worked for AT&T I drove a surplus full sized Ford 3/4 ton cargo van as a replacement vehicle with a lift kit for off road antenna repair back in the late '80's with about the same clearance.

My Toyota would probably be able to run right under that thing, with room to spare! I probably won't try it, though!

Very nice shot. Takes in the entire view. So, have you had a chance to ride in one of these babies?

I once came within about 25 feet of being run over by a driver but I was armed with a front end universal joint and the driver's penchant for abuse. Seeing the look on his face as his driveline dropped to the asphalt and began to whip at his bottom end was priceless. It takes an AR-15 and a name to separate a jimmy from a crowbar somedays. IFF is like that, whether JTIDS or LINK 16.

I think you have captured this from a great angle to allow us to see it's sheer magnificence. Excellent composition and detail dear Harry. xx
