Description
Had to make an image map to use as a mask for a certain task. No, it's nothing to do with wings.
Painted in Photoshop, grayscale, gently Smudged. Not exactly Louvre material, but I thought it was interesting in itself, aside from its intended purpose.
If you figure out what it's for, you're welcome to use it for your own purposes :)

... it could be a specular map for a body, the size would be fine. Or also a displacement map for a strange face (demon-like?) ;P

Don't let the size or framing fool you, it's a crop from a much larger image, the rest of which is all black.
