This is another shot from the meadow where we had lunch on the Vista Ridge hike. I really liked this water, even though it's not a waterfall. :-)

I like the closeness of the banks and the glassy surface of the water. The fluff of grass and clover and wildflowers give a soft and inviting feel to this. The slight touches of color from the flowers is marvelous. Excellent shot.

ah this is beautiful ...so serene! I can hear them singing the song "if I had you, we'd run like gypsys through the wind" ... I can see the wood nymphs playing near the brook .... Okay so I'm senile I see thangs everywhere L
