Description
Could she not see the inherent dangers of being involved with a married man? The divorce that would never be always lingered in the distance. But why should two people that still love each other be divorced? She should not see the impending doom of our relationship for she has believed me when I say I love her always and forever, and I do believe so myself. But my love for the one that came first must be stronger for I see things in a different light today. The next step now is either death or rectification, and I cannot bring myself to either. Her children are worth more and deserve more than that, and the two she carries in her womb belong to me. How can I abandon such hope only to return to the woman who tread on me like yesterday's newspapers? Yet forgiveness shines like a lighthouse beacon, beckoning me to return to the shores. To add to matters worse enough the older sibling of my wife quarrells without regard to the situation at hand with his younger sibling from the very house I live in. When the situation crosses my mind, of what has been, what is, and what could come to be, my heart beats on my ribcage, yearning to escape. My head loses it's element and spins on rusty bearings. My body loses it's strength and ability. I am no longer here, but in a different place altogether. What is to come must come, there are no more ways around it. Time will tell the truest story of love and confusion.
