These days i'm watching news and realize that many wonderful protected areas in my country (Italy)have been completely destroyed by fires,1700 in one year,the ecosystem is ruined and many species like bears,rare birds and insects are risking extinction. These are the parks where i love to go for trekking vacations,Abruzzo region among them... What hurts the most is that some criminals are paid to kill people,animals and nature for the profit of business men with no soul. I saw a man who was sixty on tv,thirty years as a volunteer in rescue operations and he was crying...we feel so helpless sometimes... this image came to life after that...
