A walk in the park next to the lake waters and you will find a wooden structure. Towada-jinja shrine. It was said to have been built in the 8th century. Aloha and thank you for viewing

I see thousand of budhist temples ( I suposed it´s one) but never see this style of architecture. Realy interesting and beautiful work. Good light in the shot...

A wonderful shot with great lighting from bright hot on the roof to cool under the fantastic eaves. Hard to believe a mostly wooden structure done so beautifully has survived over 1200 years! Great care has been taken here.

Japan has thousands of Temples. Some you can take pictures of the inside. Others, you are forbidden to take inside. This is a beautiful one Errol. Nice coloring too. Aloha
