Description

Please let me know what you think. I'm also interested in any suggestions that I can do that would improve the image. I added the ground shadows and touched up the grass in postwork.

Excellent image! This is the Conan that I know! I suggest a more dynamic expresion in the face of Conan (with the mouth open yelling).

this is real nice! its always good to see Conan making a comeback in fantasy art! :) the orcs are excellant as is the conan figure, posing is good....the blood might be a little too red for my liking, and maybe a bit of post work on the blood on the sword to add a dragging effect to it, as ifs its being whipped off the sword blade by the motion of the swing (photoshops smudge tool works wonders for this) but then again it depends if you wanted to add that "motion" feel or go for the static "photo" look......good work though.....the grass texture is way cool

Thanks for the kind words and sugestions. The Orcs are by ghostofmacbeth converted to Mike 2. The backgroud was put together with the 3D-World-Kit by hmann with bump maps added and some touching up in postwork. Conan was created using Mike 2 with a very modified version of the Paco texture by quim2000. Conans hair is a modified version of Kazaburo's Morph Hair.
