Description

Nikon 7900 image. I recently came upon a couple of very small caterpillars I have not seen before. Todays posting is the first of these. I realize this caterpillar (which is only a few mm in length) has red spots but it gets its' name from the yellow spots on the wings of the Adult moth. Thanks to those who take the time to comment. Lee

The microworld on your finger... Excellent ! I'm surprized because I know that for macros I have to hold my camera with two hands... Take care my friend ! expres_002.gif

That is a tiny, tiny guy! He looks kind of glowy, like he should be under a black-light! Great macro!

The more you post the more I realize I am not a bug person. Not that I don't like them...I love bugs and your macros really give me a great view of them, but I am not a bug person because I never see them. I could be staring at one and not see it. I'd never see anything this small. And I like the pov so I can see those spots, the tiny legs and the little hairs on its little buggy body. LOL

Wonderful again. I love your macros and hope the FBI is not looking for you as you give such sweet shots of your thumb and fingerprints! Excellent.

Another excellent capture Lee, this little critter sure looks to be lit from within. Like PJ I would not have noticed this but I think I have started to take more interest, due in the main to yourself and not forgetting your little critters. Bravo!!!!!

Yowza that is a small one. It seems that your fingers tips are becoming the standard platform for your wonderful insect macros. ;']

Amazing shot! It's easy to see he's quite small. Funny, none of my fingertip shot ever had this much clarity!
