A new Northwesterner, transplanted from the East into the wonderful dark forests of Washington-- very far from where I started.
Graphics wise, I enjoy playing with just about everything. I've used all sorts of applications, and have favorite bits of each. Bryce, 3DS, Lightwave, DS, Poser, Painter and a bunch of others all have a place in my heart, head, and hard drive. They're all the work of brilliant, creative people, and I enjoy them, sort of the way some woodworkers collect tools.
Son's off to college, company's been sold, so I play in the mountains or on the machine as I figure out what comes next.

Trolls aren't big readers??? He looks pretty big. lol ... I didn't see the troll in your previous post. It looked like some devil character. I was thinking along the lines of a devil character in front of the book, zoom in as if he's standing above you giving a speech. zoom in to the waist for the bottem of the picture, if you have something cool, flags, stained glass to put above him, that can be the background. If it is the devil standing at the poteum, have him jestering to the crowd... Troll looks good, but this is what I was thinking. I like the troll and the zoom for the picture in the thumbnail.

L'apparence globale est des plus plasantes, j'aime beaucoup ce jeu de lumières colorées et cette ambiance entre cathédrale et palais d'orient, beau boulot! (eh oui, je suis français ^^)

I really like your exuberance for lighting and texture, not only here but throughout your gallery. You always manage to pass on a visceral experience. You've certainly reminded me that I've been letting Sasquatch languish too.
