Description
Yes this is a photograph.
In amongst the interstellar gases, a massive star is born, a violent fast living star. Its solar wind has blown away the gas around it giving the impression of a bubble blown in space. The star will not live long, live fast die young. It will maybe last a few million years, these Wolf-Rayet stars die spectacularly too.
50x4minute exposures stacked and post processed in Paintshop Pro V10.
Taken from my deck in downtown Allentown, PA

I'm with Two Pynts. You should sell these to Trekkers to use as backgrounds for their fantasy adventures. You must have an excellent telescope. Doesn't city lighting bother your view?
