Such an ethereal work this. My first impression was a vista seen from above the clouds. Then, as I scrolled and saw the grasses, I saw the likeness of snow, but I couldn't quite hold on to that. As I sat back to view this with a relective eye, a face, a portrait, appeared to me. It isn't just some assembly of like shapes. I truly see the face of someone overlaying this image. It is like a memory, but more. I sense the presence of someone. There is also a melancholy to this, but this figure is watching over. This is a very impacting image to me, Hew. It seems to have a profound significance. It is much more than an image. Hugs, Suzanne
