Description
Spotted this scene at the top of a hill over looking Halifax, Yorkshire (England). A nice sunny day, lovely clouds and view - but why do they always plant trees and bushes in front of benches at view points?

Well, some of the dumb reasons I can think of are... to block the wind to people sitting on the bench... to discourage anyone sitting and thinking about suicide... to encourage people to exercise more by moving to either side of the bush for a look... so that someone below could look up to enjoy teh view above and not see people sitting there looking at them... and lastly, because some parks department agent thought it might be funny. And ya know what? It is! great shot!
