Description
After making my way to a cave during a blinding snowstorm, I was pretty certain I had lost my persuers. These mountains held a great superstition to the locals about some queen of ghosts and I knew I wasn't worth it to those soldiers to risk coming this far. With a few days supplies and snow for water, I planned to hold out as long as I could. I rekindled the remnants of wood from a former occupant's campfire and in the morning started breakfast.
Upon waking from a nap, I saw that I had company. A gargantuan snow leopard and a very attractive blonde lady in fur were staring at me. Smiling through my fear, I said, "Good morning." The leopard seemed to be waiting permission to have me for his breakfast. Gulping, I asked the woman what brought her to my front door. She nodded to her left and said she lived in the cave up the way and asked if that was coffee she smelled. Inviting her in, I gave her one of my last hardtack biscuits and my cup for her to drink. Sighing and closing her eyes, she said she missed coffee most of all and introduced herself as Sari, or, "The Ghost Queen" as the locals liked to call her. Her friend was named Jerum. I tossed a piece of beef jerky to the cat. She smiled and said it was nice to talk to somebody. I thought to myself that I might like this neighborhood.

Painted over the clothes to get fur. Altered a leopard map to get the grey snow leopard. Made the cave and background image in Bryce.

DLG Have to agree with jaynep, the fuzziness of the outfit really came out nicely in this image. I'm reminded of some of those 1960's caveman/scifi movies ... except the way they were supposed to look! Really well done!

Hey, if she showed up in my kitchen with that cat, she could have all the coffee she wanted, too. Come to think of it, she could just show up by herself and I'd give her all the coffe she wanted! -- If I didn't spill it all stumbling all over myself to give it to her.
