Description

Ultrafractal 4.03 "...he went out tiger hunting with his elephants and gu-uh-un..." (Lennon/Macartney - 1968-ish) Here's more "artsy-fartsy-ness" using the same IFS Barnsley+Jock III shapes as my last one - http://excalibur.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1518946 This time, I went for a sorta earthy toned set of colors and added heavy texture - an Inside layer using Kerry Mitchell's "Crosshatch" coloring in the lkm.ucl file. Along with some of the same stuff as on "Deezenkews" to make the 3d'ness pop. Hope it looks good to ya! Thanks for stopping by - don't forget your quinine and please, don't leave the path. Tigers be hungry dudes most of the time. :-) Rick ***(Fine art giclee' prints of most of my work are available in limited edition on archival paper or canvas - e-mail: drahcir3@hotmail.com and get busy filling that empty spot on the wall! Unique, "one-of-a-kind" (edition size = 1) prints are also available*** :-)

WOW, about a bazillion times over! Rick, you've just outdone yourself! That is the most fantastic texturing in a fractal that I think I've EVER seen, and your use of that formula just amazes me! I've used it about three times now myself, and am still having some difficulty making it work in a lot of cases. Obviously, you found just the right combination of things for this, because it's just astounding work. Do you know how good this would look printed in a very large size and hanging on a wall? You need to sell large prints of this one, really! BRAVO!!
