Description

There were so many places to take portraits while in the Keystone resort that I "forced" my niece to climb out onto a rock on the edge of the Snake River. She had no hesitiations and I was glad to show her bare toes! Also, I wanted to show her an example of color selection and hoped the background in this shot was suitable. Tell me what you think? Thanks for all your advice, support and comments on previous uploads. We're all in this together! Jodie Please visit my personal website...

Nice. The color/gray always makes a nice contrast. I suppose a person could also layer this over the original and then adjust the transparency to create a washed out color in the background -- depending on what sort of an effect you were trying for. This young lady must travel with a wake of broken hearts and turned heads :o)

I must admit at first I failed to notice the desaturated background... whatever that indicates... probably that you achieved the desired effect.
