Description


This is the result of around 17 inches of rain on 08/18/09 "500 year flood". Rochester was not hit hard, because of a flood control project they did back in 1992, but several surrounding towns were in bad shape. This damage was fixed the following week. I received honorable mention for this from the local photo club. 2 months in a row. Surprising..

We received some of that damage in Wisconsin. It wasn't as bad as Mn. though. Congrats on the photo!
