Description

for the 2d graphics forum monthly theme "borders" if you look carefully, all 4 rectangles are exactly the same with the exception of the colours, moreover they fit exactly together, so is there really a difference that justifies the borders?

Nice, very nice. The textural patterns and related colorations are outstanding in their combination. For me, this is your best!!

Koosie, borders are human attitudes. No information will be perceived until it is dozed, i.e. borderd. Hence, we cannot exist without borders. A very nice color solution.

In some ways it reminds me a little of Rothko and od Sean Scully. The colour combinations work very well together. Have a great weekend and thank you for sharing. egmont

Very clever statement made with these seemingly different yet ultimately alike sections. Visually pleasing as well. I agree with Egmont about the Rothko feel.

This is an interesting and lovely abstract composition, rendered in colours that make me joyful, colours I have adopted here where I live. Thank you for sharing !

Very imaginative. The difference in color schemes makes each rectangle appear very different, its hard to believe they are identical in form!
