Another photograph from the Rocky Mountain National Park. The previous one was â��Inside Out and a Squirrelâ��

Well, this photograph does not scream â��Rocky Mountains National Parkâ�� - no mountains, no wild life no fir trees, no snow...but I thought it was a national treasure too. Such a variety of pebble colors with such richness of contrasts... Such playfull patterns of sunlight and water ripples... So was the sun reaching out with its beam-fingers to gather some gemstones or the water rolling out its ripple-net to capture the sunlight?

What a great catch. It looks unexpectedly ordered, in a good way. Very rich and vibrant, really a nice catch. I expect it's hard as hell to get such a clean, smooth photo of something so dynamic and without losing it in glare.
