Description

This is the same FE spot coloured differently. It was very interesting to read about pink. It was basically my mistake, but it turned out to be quite informative. I have a problem with names of several colours even in my native language, and English is, of course, a bigger problem still. Normally, pink is what you get when you take out saturation from red, isn't it? But, then, with addition of black, lots of different colours are still called pink (I think). Most of you deemed purple to be the main colour in my previous picture. I would never call it purple. Perhaps violet or lilac, lots of blue in it, I think. Purple for me is the violet turned towards red/brown rather than blue. Because of that discussion, I renamed this one Blue from the originally intended Gold. Thank you for your comments.

Well, you've got both gold and blue in this one, so either title would have been fine! :D Nicely done, too, and an interesting way to do a spiral. The effect that I see is that the purple seems to be back behind the spiral, and we can see through the spiral's large holes to see the purple. Very cool effect, and the outer gold is a very nice contrast to the other colors!

Suggestive fractal! The final effect resembles a fantastic labyrinth, the gradient is beautiful, especially the gold colour ^__^

Love the gold. It has a satin like appearance. Great forms and structures. A lovely and scintilating render.

Gold, Purple, and Turquoise. This is splendid. The gold looks molten, the purple looks like brushed metal. The turquoise looks like a plastic. Put together, this is magnificent! Spectacular work. Bunny

Discussions on color are as difficult as those on taste, it's all very individual.
