J´avais entendu parler, mais je ne m´attendais pas du tout a voir à notre époque. Il s´agit de Jouxtes Oratoires. Un moine pose une question sur le boudhisme, frappe dans les mains et l´autre doit répondre sur le même rythme ! Tout se fait entre éclats de rire, blagues et dans la joie. Comme toute compétion, c´est separé en catégories, les petits des grands. J´ai passé des heures dans ce monastère avec eux, moments tout à fait magiques... I was ear about, but I cant expect see in our times. It´s a Match of Oratory! A monk asks a question about the Buddhism, strikes in the hands and the other must answer on the same rhythm! All arrived between laughters, jokings and in the joy. Like any competition it´s separate by categorys, by age. I stay hours in this monastery with them, moments completely magic…

It's times like that the Photographer needs to have a hiden microphone and record the rhymes. I bet it was interesting to hear, I bet it would of been just as interesting for you to try and translate and make it rhyme - LOL. Maybe this is where rap originated. lol good story and photo.
