Description

I went hiking at Tyler State Park, Texas and took these pictures. This is my fifth upload from that trip. I wanted to get your input. I welcome your advice and instruction. I enjoy looking at all the Renderosity Community photography and the incredible 3d and post work. It inspires me to get out and take pictures everyday. I greatly decreased the size of the picture and cropped about a third of the sky out. I also think it might be running downhill to the right. It might be the dark grass in front that gives it that appearance. I like the reflexions and the color. This will be the last Boat rental and pavillion picture I promise. I just wanted to show you they are out on a little peninsula. Let me know what you think. Todd

Wow! I opened this and was hit with the beauty of it. This water is so great and the scene on the opposite shore is a good focal point with tall grasses on the waterline to match those on your side. But what makes this so special is the feeling you give with those wonderful reeds in front of you that the viewer is observing the activities over there without being seen...in secret. It makes this an intimate shot. BTW, your far treeline is level and the opposite shore has only a fraction of difference that could be because of the natural irregularity of the shore.
