Description

Spent all day yesterday at Beale AFB at the Golden Empire Council's Scout Expo 2007 with Christopher. Had a blast, took lots of pictures of course. Though with the crowds, it was tough to get shots with clear sight lines towards the aircraft, so they're not the best shots in the world from that regard. This is the unmanned surveilance aircraft they fly out of there. And that's part of their crew in the front. All the aircraft had crew cycling through throughout the day to answer questions. Quite a few more photos to upload, so if you like aircraft, stay tuned. :) John

A rather unusual looking aircraft for sure.

Those guys who remote control the unmanned aircraft look like they are barely out of high school- must be the lightning quick video game reflexes that qualifies them for piloting! heheh. Cool shot- it would be impossible not to blow out the foreground without loosing the background- and in this instance, the focus of your shot is the aircraft and hangar.
