Description


Nikon 7900 image. This has been a good week for me. I have managed to capture a number of new critters, including several different caterpillars and a very oddly colored Katydid. This caterpillar was a stout little guy. His grip was very raspy and quite strong. I suppose I should have saved this image for Halloween but I could not wait that long, lol. Thanks to those who take the time to comment. Lee

I saw one of these earlier this year; I thought wth? I took its photo; but as I later discovered, it was dead, when I didn't even know it. :-| good live shot LOL

Great shot! The detail in the small shot is so good you almost don't need the zoom, glad I did though.
