Description
One of the most fun ways to get around in Myanmar is in these bicycle carriages...(bikeshaw....rickcycle?)... which is a modern twist on the old rickshaw.
You have unfettered views to the side, can enjoy the breeze and just relax.
The drivers have got to be in terrific shape....ours drove us around for 4 hours and never complained. Of course, we stoppped a lot along the way to view the sights...so he was able to rest. Great way to snap illicit pics too....

The petition goes 'round the world, faster that the "bikeshaws" . Let's hope that soon we'll see another military cancer crumble down...then there's no more need for "illicit" pics 'cause the people will be able to breathe and eat and love and talk without fear. But let's then immediately protect the artworks the country has against the greed of rich collectors. We've seen what happened in Angkor...
