A recurring character from a Hawkmoon campaign, a variant of the RPG Stormbringer, set in the “Tragic Millennium Earth” of Michael Moorcock’s novels. “Narmir could barely believe the sight before him. She crouched in the shadows like a feral beast ready to spring… seeming more tiger then woman… yet strangely beautiful. In a fluid motion she lunged, the speed of her attach taking him by surprise, as she bore him to the ground and ended up perched upon his chest. “No Thayna!” Victoria’s voice stopped her, and she twisted her head towards the door. “He’s a friend,” the Granbretan outcast stated with more then a bit of humor at the sight before her. Her coiled muscles relaxing, but still perched upon his chest, Thayna turned her head back to Narmir. With a purr she bent and licked the side of his face from his bearded chin to his temple, before sliding off him. Scrambling to his feet, Narmir instinctively touched the side of his face, as he tried to make scenes of what just happened, and looked down at the creature now lounging on the floor before him. “I think she likes you,” Victoria teased. “Thayna is friend,” she explained. “When ever she is in Krakov, she knows she is welcome here.” “But you usually don’t leave me such tasty treats,” Thayna purred, licking her lips and eyeing Narmir, with a look in her eyes he could not tell whether was lust… or hunger!” Taken as a child to become an exotic pet, and eventually a pleasure slave, Thayna remembers little of her people, other then they live a primitive, barbaric life in the forested foothills of a great mountain chain. Traded from one depraved master to another, none of whom could break her feral spirit, she is clever, capricious and curious. Thayna was freed by Victoria of Wight, when she found her caged in the market of Krakov, forging a bond of friendship between them. Although she has dreamt of returning to her people from childhood, she has no idea were to find them, and her curiosity often distracts her from that goal. Since being freed from slavery, Thayna has survived by selling herself as an exotic attraction, often traveling with a circus. The first Non-Player Character from our "second" Hawkmoon campaign.
