Etrange résultat de notre société de consommation... mais ô combien ce cliché est fort, fort en couleurs et fort de perfection... du Grand Art Valentin!

What a fantastic shot. Something near the perfect. Beautiful colors and light. But did you need to drop all that plastic bags on the street. ? ;)

Great shot, photographicaly, nothing to say except PERFECT. About the title and what we seen, I understand there is unhabitual event. But it should be nice to explain a little to bring a comprehension of the whole. Thanks.

Well done a fine image I too thought this was melting snow.. Was there a market here for all the plastic bags to be strewn around!

Fantastic capture that invites (and rewards) multiple viewings at full size. The title, based on the image itself is nicely ironic! In all, this is a perfectly composed image, presented brilliantly!

A strange scene for it looks to me like lots of plastic bags all around. Beautiful night time lights. Very well captured Valentin.

I think making up what happened is better than knowing. I say the shopkeep's wife discovered her husband getting a bit too friendly over the pickle barrel with a young and flirty lady customer. She yelled and threatened and chased him from the store, he grabbing a heavy stack of plastic bags as he ran out ahead of her to use as a shield from the bottles, fruits, candy, and jars of pickled things the she pelted him with. As he dodged up and down the street alternating mumbled excuses and begging for forgiveness, she followed throwing whatever she could get her hands on. When she had nothing left within reach, she commenced her verbal assalt once more, loud enough to drive everyone off the street and into doorways for safety. Finally, he made a break for it and charged down the street with the wife in hot pursuit leaving the street in front of the shop unusually quiet and empty for a Saturday night, but littered with the plastic bags that had fallen during the tirade. :-) Or maybe it was nothing but some kids making a mess. LOL

MrsLubner: I don't know what has happened in fact, but your plot is exceptionally funny and would be splended scenario of a comedy.

Nice capture, Valentin. You obviously have a shoplifter over there, who specialises in stealing carrier bags... Perhaps he dropped them when he ran into a wall. He could not see clearly because of all that mist that you seem able to conjure up.. ;o) Regards, John.
