A first rate capture! I have always thrilled with I saw this over the fields. For the longest time, I thought the birds only massed over rice fields but when I moved to this argricultural valley, I saw that they massed over any grain field. This is a fantastic capture.

Wow so many birds in the fog. So interesting to see logging right beside the cornfield. So much to this photograph Valentin. Beautifully captured moment.

A beautiful capture, Valentin. With my poor eyesight I thought you might have very large 'midges'/mosquitoes over in Heidelberg.. ;o) The ever present mist makes it appear unworldly. This morning there was havoc on one of our motorways/autobahn in the centre of Scotland. A transporter losts it load. Thousands of chickens were all over the carriageways. Some hundreds of chickens died or had to be 'put down' humanely. The road was not open to traffic until the afternoon. Regards, John.
