Description

...for lack of a better title. I still had some Tombstone/Arizona pictures, but I needed a break from them, as I did not know quite what to do with them. The Bird Cage was a really great visit, buy my photos did not turn out as well as I had expected. (Indoor photography is a mystery to me...). So anyway, I have this great Hibiscus bush out front, and I have taken a billion photos. I have folders full.... The original picture was really pretty, but I played with this just a little bit... I liked the effect, so I kept it that way. I hope you like it too. Thank you for viewing commenting on previous upload, ~Boothill~A Collage~ , and on my Tombstone series. The only way my poor hibiscus will glow now is if I put a match to the dry and shriveled stem. It doesn't even have leaves anymore and I've only had it 3 weeks! I'm such a hibiscus killer! This is gorgeous and your postwork is great!

Such a magnificent shot of the hibiscus, all lit up inside. Like the glowing pit of a volcano all set to burst. Really fine textural and lighting effects in this unique capture.
