Description

I am lucky enough to have friends who breed cats, and even luckier that they don't mind me turning up with my camera. I took this earlier in the year of this sweet furball as he slept peacefully. He was about 7 or 8 weeks old. I hope you enjoy the simplicity of it, and like the effect with the lighting, because as you know it is all experimental to me just now. I decided to keep the majority of the image a touch darker but direct some lighting onto the face which is the main feature. Afterall he is smiling too so he must be having happy purry dreams, so why not let us join in his happiness! :o) Any comments are always very welcome as you know. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart for your previous comments, and for those of you who felt my images were worthy enough to be added to your favourites. Love to you all xx

Very nice...I should of taken more pictures of Cessna when she was a kitten, they grow up to fast....excellent lightning...and that paw is adorable.

I know it's supposed to be cute, but this photo makes me laugh...perhaps because the feline looks so comfortable, innocent and vulnerable just lying there, probably dreaming about swatting at feathers and wondering what it will do when he encounters his first mouse. Great shot, BTW! And remember to visit my gallery!
