Just a bit of fun for a Friday, can you guess 'What am I?'
This is cropped at 300% magnification. It is used every day by millions of people world wide. I will up load the answer tomorrow, I like keeping people in suspense.

I'm at a loss on trying to figure it out. First guess would be a piercing needle. Chances are I'm wrong though.

It's a hollow brass cylinder, cut on the diagonal, with the fine edge ground down a bit. :)

I tend to think it might be a bristle of some sort. It has a cut edge to shape it. Maybe a brush or something of that sort? I also have trouble seeing this but if its blown up 300x then, it was pretty small to begin with.

Syringe needle! That's my guess. :)

My best guess is that this is: a hollow metallic tube used to pierce an object and inject some substance. I do not think it is a syringe because the inner surface is too rough and the metal seems to be brass or bronze. For some reason I think it has something to do with injecting air into something. Nice concept of "Guess what I am". I will follow up. Lee
