Hi, I'm Marilyn. Â I've been posting here on RR for a few years now and thought it was time to update my profile. Â It's been wonderful learning so much from the amazingly talented people here. Â I've had the chance to meet many in person and some have become great and good friends. Â Starting with a Kodak Brownie camera when I was about 7 or 8, moving up to Instamatics, Polaroids, then the Pentax K1000 that really got me on the way, I've been looking at the world thru a lens for a long time. Â Got the bug honestly; my dad was a photographer and gave me the gene!! Â Digital changed the world and I jumped in with both feet. Â You would've gone thru 100's of rolls of film in one day the way we can shoot and delete all day long. Â Progess...it can be awesome sometimes.
At any rate, RR rocks, the talent is over the top and I'm just gonna keep on shooting!!
Thanks for looking and keep those cameras rollin'!!
peace.....marilyn

My heavens! I know this is the scenic way home but 101 is a snaky road. I once burnt up a set of brake pads coming down a mountain on 101. But it is so very lovely and it always takes my breath away. Great shot!

Great scenery, I love the greens in conjunction with the blue sky. Beautifully scenic indeed, and just a tad bit spooky, but that's just because I've read too many UFO abduction accounts! :-) In all, this is a great shot.
