Description
Fully intact device discovered at site #3. 1 of 12 discovered in the remnants of a container. Internal imaging indicates some type of power supply in the "Handle" that is conducts to the 4 prongs at the tip. Initial examination indicates that it can be activated with pressure on the plate at the pronged end. the device has not yet been activated due to concerns that the purpose is unknown and the power supply has not been able to be identified, nor the power output actually measured.
